Although these diversions allow for urinary continence, which most replicates normal function, they are associated with increased complication rates and require much more effort to maintain compared to the ileal conduit. Addition”ally, multiple studies have not shown that quality of life is significantly improved with continent diversion compared to noncontinent diversion.

Although nerve spar”ing can be performed with little risk of decreased cancer control in appropriately selected patients, prostate- and seminal vesicle-sparing surgery are more controversial because there is potential for an increased risk of cancer recurrence and also die potential for leaving undiagnosed prostate cancer behind. In women, sexual function pre”serving radical cystectomy has also been explored. This involves preservation of the nerves important in both clitoral engorgement and sensation. Preserving organs traditionally removed at the time of surgery, including the uterus, fallopian tube, ovaries, and portion of vagina, may also allow for improved sexual function after surgery. It should be remembered that die first goal of surgery is cancer control, and organ- and nerve-sparing procedures may not be appropriate in all cases.

It is time for me to purchase one of these notebooks for school and among my many options is the Apple Laptop. My college friends and I are working on schooling to get on with our lives, and it seems like everyone owns one of the Apple computers.
This is not because they are chic and popular, but rather, since most students are poor, these notebooks must really work well. If they didn’t word would soon be out and students wouldn’t waste their money.
My friend from law class explained that since purchasing the laptop he has been more than happy about the performance. He told me that he has owned other laptops prior to this and got sick of the constant issues that many of the PC’s have. This one, he excitedly told me, has no troubles and is so easy to use that you just plug it in right out of the box. He mentioned that adding new software is no longer an issue with slowing the computer either, which used to be a huge problem on other notebooks.
His favorite thing was the reliability of the unit, but he did say that there are only just two ports for USB connections. At home, you can just purchase a hub to take care of that. It is very durable he mentioned, which is important when he is constantly moving from place to place.
One of my good friends in the advertising class said Apple is really great if you are into multimedia since it is so powerful. It has no problem with large files and is much faster performance wise than the PC notebook he had last year.
The great thing about this computer is the photo editing using the aperture. It is at a price where even if you just want to use the word processor or for internet use it is totally worth it. The unit is not hard to carry around all day either.
My friends that are girls really enjoy using this unit as well. One girl says that this computer is really easy for her to use and she doesn’t need to have a degree in computer repairs to understand it. She raves about how fast and ultra efficient the unit is and never hangs. She tells me it is so easy that she even was able to get her Gramma working on it with no problems!

The prized game fish, Makaira Indica, or the Black Marlin, dwells in the Indo-Pacific Oceans in surface waters near the coast. It is one of the fastest-moving fish on earth (50 miles per hour) and comes from the Order, Perciformes. The average weight of M. Indica that are routinely caught on Black Marlin Charters is around three quarters of a metric ton (750 kilograms) or roughly 1700 pounds. Heftier specimens have been reported.
Makaira
As with other genera of Order Perciformes, Makaira appears on the Greenpeace seafood red list. This list documents species that have a high likelihood of being harvested from supplies that are unsustainable. This is why the modern sport fisherman will pause only to photograph their prize and then return it to the sea from whence it emerged. Other species in the same family, Istiophoridae, include the Japanese White Marlin as well as the Hawaiian Silver Marlin.
Old Salt

Color
Despite its descriptive name, M. Indica is not actually black but white and deep blue. It’s tail fins and inflexible pectoral fins, however, are black. It likes warm tropical and subtropical waters near coastland. Occasionally it makes an appearance as far south as Brazil and as far north as the Lesser Antilles.
